I know you project

On November 29, in Aosta, Synergia presented the project I know you to the inter-institutional workshop on Disability of the Aosta Valley (Italy). The aim of this project is to develop tools and protocols for the needs assessment and charge of persons with disability during the whole life course. Synergia is a partner of this project together with the Autonomous Region Valle d’Aosta, the Local Health Authority of Aosta, the municipality of Aosta and the regional association of volunteers providing care for disable people (CoDiVdA). The project is financed by the Italian Ministry of Social Policy through the The 2010 National Fund for Non-self sufficiency.
